Low-carb dieter restarting MFP

hello! It is good to be (back) here!

Hi, my friends are on extended hiatus, and they're not on the same food plan I am. I just updated my profile.

I do know that I stick better to my goals in a mutually supportive environment, so just gave up coffee for this low-carb plan, so if I can make it a week without coffee, I could probably do more than previously imagined. I lost three pounds already this week without my liquid sunshine.

Right now I weigh just a little less than I did when I gave birth over eleven years ago, and would like to slim down to my post-childbirth weight. I blame potato chips, hormones, skipping breakfast, and internet addiction :).

I'm looking to you successful weight-shedders to show me the way. (I already know where the whey is.) And I'll be looking to add newbies requesting friends too... you can add me if you like.
