How much can I lose from now till June 21st?

I'm going on a trip on June 21st and I want to be able to lose weight by that time, even if it's only 10 lbs I'll be happy with that.
But I want to know what's a recommended weight loss by then?

    Honestly, 10 pounds sounds very doable as long as you give it your all every waking second.

    From what I have read, 2 pounds per week is a max target...which for me is the equivalent of a negative net 1,000 calories plus per day.

    Thanks, I'm starting my diet tomorrow

    I've actually done 1,000 calories a day diet and it's not that bad but since I'm starting out again I'll stick to the 1,500 calories a day then maybe after each month I'll reduce by 100 calories

    You want to have at least 1200 cal of food a day plus exercise. The exercise will lower your calorie count. If you eat less than 1200 calories you may slow down your metabolism which will not help you lose weight. My humble opinion. Good luck to you!

    My doctor actually told me the same thing, I'll try to keep it around 1,500 a day for now and see what my doctor recommends as well for the future
