Help setting Macros?

Hi,

I would like some help to set my macros in order to burn more fat and gain more muscle my stats are as follows:

CW: 149 lbs,
GW: 133 - I'm more concerned on losing inches and toning than what the scales say though!
Height: 5"7
I have an office job so don't do much activity during the day :yawn:
MFP has set my nutrition at 1640 cals, 226 carbs, 55 fat, 62 protein per day and I eat back my workout cals, i'm currently doing the 30DS and doing running every now and then (at least once a week).
Open to exercise suggestions too...

    For macros, I always suggest setting your fat and protein goals to minimum amounts...1 gram of protein per pound of lean body weight and 0.35 grams of fat per pound of total body weight. Just determine these gram numbers and set your macro goals yourself to the nearest percent to those. You can set the rest to any of the macros you want, as long as you make sure to get your minumum amount of fat and protein. I set all the rest of mine to carbs, but never get upset if I am under on carbs and over on fat and protein (because it's always OK to go over a minumum, just not under it).
