i really, really, REALLY can't eat right.
well, i can, i guess, but its difficult. i've tricked myself into thinking if i don't count calories i don't want to, they don't exist.
it's a ridiculous attitude to have i know - shovelling tablespoons of nutella into my face (used to) be a weekly occurrence because i felt like it seemed like such a small amount, it definitely couldn't make a difference!!
my mind is silly sometimes.
but i'm looking for a little support on this weight loss journey of mine - 20 lbs to go, but since i've got next to no self restraint i figure i'll be here a while.
please add me i'd like to keep motivated, and know how much everyone else is losing and how they restraint themselves, it would be quite helpful?
right now my only methods of self restraint is the notice on the fridge ('remember your waistline!!!') and the wooden block my mother got for me that spells out the word eat that i have over the fridge (the trick is once you get too close to the fridge the bottom of the 'E' get's blocked out and it looks like fat. i'm quite proud of myself for noticing that one, i always look up before i open the fridge now!)
