Bloating/Probiotics

However healthily I eat, I am always bloated by the afternoon - think I gain an extra few inches around my stomach each day and it's very uncomfortable sometimes. I try not to eat junk, sweeteners, too much gluten because I know that makes it so much worse. Just wondered if anyone had any solutions for bloating? Has anyone tried probiotics?

    Can you head to the doctor and find out if you have a food intolerance causing the bloating? Or try to cut out a certain food for a few weeks to see if it gets better?

    I sometimes take probiotics. I haven't found it helps with bloating though... But that's just me. It may of helped others.

    There are a lot of things that can cause bloating, including vegetables. Having a discussion with your doctor can help, but you can also mark in your diary in the notes when you feel the most bloated, as see if there are any trends with the foods you eat and when the bloating is the worst.
