Hi,

OK so I started MFP a while ago and did lose some weight. I have left and tried various other diets but nothing has worked like this so im back! I have set my cals at 1500 a day and i will start tomorrow.

I am 168lb at the moment and my goal (and review) will be at 147lb!

Tonight is going to be my last night of indulgence! I would really appreciate some supportive friends in this.

I am no longer a gym member but i am going to do some strength workouts at home and get out on walks etc where possible.

I would love some Friend Requests ;-)

    Hi Charlee, I started last week and my first weigh in is tomorrow morning. I have about 25 to lose (hopefully 20 after tomorrow). I'm logging daily and excercising about every other. Feel free to add me.
