I'm hoping someone can please explain this "net calories" to me...MFP tells me that I'm under my weekly goal...I'm on a 1200 calorie eating plan and work out 5 days a week. I don't reach the 1200 goal but very close between 1140-1160 calories, I burn around 400 - 600 calories per workout. Just don't get where I need to do to reach that weekly goal, I don't need to eat more 'cause I'm not hungry and have eaten all the foods I need.
