hello newbie here

ok newbie but not really been inactive here for some time and now i am more confused than ever . if i follow what it states here and consume 1280 calories a day but burn 6000 calories a week am i starving my body by not eating enough i am 5' 1" age 57 and weight a wooping 230 lbs i go to gym 5 days a week and workout for 2 to 21/2 hrs i love going to gym but i like to know all i can before i jump in example of i like to know exact amouunt of calories i need to consume and exact amount i need to burn and how much should i consume on the non workout days why does everything have to be so confusing hope i get a reply soon cuz thats when i start thanks in advance and hope to join all soon
