What toxins do you believe are built up in your body?

You have a liver and kidneys which means your body cleanses itself. No need to drink shakes.

No study nor product has been able to specifically name one "toxin" cleared out that is not already taken care of by your body naturally. Save your money and time, invest in building proper eating habits.

Your liver and kidneys are what get rid of the toxins in your body. No fad drink, thought up by a non scientist trying to get your money is going to do a better job. If your body really isn't flushing out the toxins, my I suggest a dialysis machine.

That's what your liver and kidneys do. If they aren't, then it's not cleansing drinks you need to use, but a doctor to find out why they aren't doing their job.

I make a lemon and ginger drink that's considered a detox drink. I think with all the additives and toxins in our food supply that it's a good idea to help the liver and kidneys do their job.

    I've considered doing a 3-day juice/smoothie detox, but I wouldn't actually buy a prefab detox drink.

I used cleansing drinks last night. Laguanitas IPA on draft. worked like a charm.

Yes, I believe it's called "water". If you think there may be a problem with your liver and kidneys I'd recommend seeing a doctor.

Sometimes when I get real crazy I throw orange, lemon or lime slices into a pitcher of water.

    Clorox. Cleans me right up.

Using Dawn helps too. One bottle per gallon of water.

    (seriously. Don't try that.)

I'm going to be the different one and say I believe in detoxing- but a different reason. I like to reprogram my mind and body once a year. I just eat raw organic fruits and vegetables for about a week with a lot of water and decaf tea. I feel like it keeps me in check and my intestines get a break. (Not to mention the will power to stick with it out is very empowering.)
