And worth every one of them. Screw it, I'll walk on the treadmill for three hours for one of those. Life's no good unless you're actually living it! Besides, if I had a full englishin the morning, I think I'd be set 'til five or six that night, so the damage wouldn't be too bad.0 -

That's rough because I love croissants, but at 300 calories and 20g of fat, they're just not filling at all, so I've given them up. It just wouldn't cut it for me.
I agree though, the English breakfast would probably keep me full for a while... doubt it would be much later than 2pm though, depending on when I have it, lol.
During my vacation I ate junk for breakfast every day (I had a breakfast plate, or chocolate chip pancakes with bacon, or French toast with sausage...), and walked pretty much all day, and didn't gain any weight. It was so worth it.0 -
