I just found this sight. Over the last 2 weeks I have been logging down what I eat and trying to stay below 1300 cal. I have been doing Insanity video for 15 minutes every morning. I started at 157 and down 154. I am excited about my progress. I hope this site will be easier to track it all and motivational. I'm looking forward to meeting some of you and encouraging one another.
