40 IN 40

Hello all,

I am currently working towards a goal of losing 40 lbs by my 40th. Gives me a year. I have been working on it since April. I dont like to get on the scale so I am avoiding it but I do feel much better in my clothes! :flowerforyou:

I have a few friends on here and would love to add more. We just encourage each other and help each other out. Love this app!

    Sounds like a good goal, the scales don't tell the whole story.

    Great goal. I am 45 going to be 46 and I want to be under 200 by my birthday Oct. 20. My first goal is to lose 35 by July 10. I am here every day logging the good, the bad and the ugly. I love going to the gym and if I can't I do try and get outside to walk at least for 35 min. or more.

    My next step is to learn to use the weight machines at the gym.

    Why don't you like to get on the scale? I would advise for you to weigh in daily to monitory your progress. You know what you eat and what exercises you do every day, why avoid how it is affecting your weight?

    Hello...if you don't like the scales weigh in once a month...you could also can measure yourself once a week and use that Instead of the scales weekly...good luck...add me if you would like...anyone may feel free to add me!
