30DS Fail?!

Just finished the 30DS. Did it in 6 weeks, on weekdays, with extra cardio 4/5 days, plus Zumba on Saturdays and some strength training. HRM consistently reported 200cals burned during, plus the extra activity. I alternated between following Natalie and Anita, mostly Natalie, and worked it hard. I thought.
In that time, I've lost 10lbs. Great, right? Except when I re-did my measurements I found that I lost 1 (one) inch total. I'm going to re-do them again tonight (I was away from my initial measurements when I jotted them down this morning) but for all this effort... 1 inch is practically nothing!
I did before/after photos- I don't see any difference (no, I will not be posting them). Things are a little looser, but unless I lost all that weight in my wrists, calves or other places I didn't measure... WTF.
Anybody else seem to have a 30DS fail?
And, anybody have any recommendations so I can take better/more consistent measurements next time? Can't go back to get another before set, but now is the "before" for my next endeavor- mud run training.
