How does this weekly workout schedule sound?

Hi everyone
So I'm currently 132 pounds. I'd ideally like to get to around 120 but I'm not too concerned about the numbers as i do a lot of weight training and so know the numbers will partially be muscle. I was wondering what you think of this routine?

Monday- 15 minute treadmill HIIT, 1 hour weight training, 15 minute any other form of cardio.
Tuesday- 1 hr 30-45 minutes weights
Wednesday- just cardio. 45 minute run. 15-20 minute circuits/plyos
Thursday- rest day
Friday - same as Monday
Saturday - same as Tuesday
Sunday - rest

The reason I am taking Thursdays off is because I am going on vacation to Fiji in September. My logic (tell me if this is totally wrong!) is if I up my workout to 6x a week in July/August, my body will suddenly go into shock so lose even more rather than if i steadily workout 6 days from now? Or is that totally wrong? Haha also is 5x a week enough to lose significant weight and tone up by mid September? Thanks so much in advance for any help. As you can see I'm a bit of a novice!

It's always odd to me to see weight training listed as a time frame and not in exercises/sets. What are you doing for your weight training? What weight? How many reps for how many sets? how are you breaking up the muscle groups? an hour to an hour and a half just seems like a looooooooong time for ST unless you're doing really heavy sets with lots of rest in between. I also think HIIT, ST and more cardio in one session is a bit of overkill.

Hi thanks for the reply. I do different muscle groups each day. I should have added they on the days I just do "weights" this also includes what I refer trio as floor work. So various stretches, an work etc.

That doesn't exactly answer the question of Reps/sets, just tells us that you're planning on doing different stuff each day.

    Heh, yeah just a bit.

Move HIIT after your weight training. Because if you have the energy to do strength training after HIIT, then you're probably doing just the "IT" part. 10-15 minutes of HIIT should leave you feeling like there's no gas left in the tank. So do your weight training first, and with any energy remaining, then do your 10-15 minute HIIT session.

    So maybe something like this?
Monday/Friday- weight training, 15 minute treadmill HIIT,
    Tuesday/Saturday- cardio
Wednesday- weight training, 15-20 minute circuits/plyos
    Thursday/Sunday- rest day
