Started Lifting and Stopped Losing

And I feel great! It's true I haven't lost any weight in over a month but EVERYTHING is smaller now-waist, arms, and legs-and I am starting to see definition everywhere.
Don't get discouraged because the scale doesn't move. I know at 5'4" I should weigh less than 160 to be healthy but I FEEL healthier than ever.. The weight will come off. Just be patient!

That's a relief. I've noticed a bit of the same as well! Granted, I'm only doing a moderate amount of lifting and I've been at a steady weight for a long long time, but it does make a difference. No doubt.0

Definitely agree! I'm at a relatively high weight for my height, yet my body shape looks better now than it did when I was at a lower weight and not lifting. It's amazing0
