40 lbs - Before & After photo...I can't see a difference?!

Hi guys. I'm 5'8" and since the beginning of the year I've gone from close to 200 lbs. down to 162 lbs. as of today. I've done it by good ol' diet & exercise...first I did a Paleo diet, then juiced, now I'm a gluten-free vegan, and am juicing this week as well. I've started a running regimen 5 days a week, but sometimes I'll mix it up with some yoga or Jillian Michaels videos from YouTube.
Anyway, I'm not trying to fish for compliments or anything, but I put together photos of my weight loss and honestly I don't see a difference in the pix!!!! Maybe I just have some sort of mental block...IDK....Can you see ANY difference at all?!?!! My clothes are all too big on me, people who know me say I look skinnier, but when I look at the pictures I get kind of sad that I can't see anything. I see a little difference in my arms, but that's about it.
Most of them time when I see B&A pix from other people there is a noticeable difference! Don't worry, I am still 100% motivated to reach my GW of 135 lbs. and won't stop till I get there! (FYI, my ticker isn't correct because I wan't logging anything when I first started).

I can see a definite difference. It's hard to tell on yourself. I've been measuring myself and that shows me a big difference. Also, you carried your weight pretty well so it's harder for you to see it. You've done a great job!0

Do you take your measurements regularly? Sometimes that is the ONLY way I know I have lost fat.0

Yes - I see a difference. Don't get discouraged. The scale shows you've made progress and I'm certain a measuring tape would tell you even more!! Congrats on your loss!!!0
