What am I doing wrong?

Hey everyone! Ok, so like 5 months ago I plateaued and was really stuck. So then about 2 months ago I changed up my diet and exercise a lot (upped my calls, upped intensity during workout/interval training, switch between cardio and weights, and calorie cycling) and I have not lost weight at all. I gave up the scale and now take measurements instead and they are exactly the same. I eat super clean with 1 or 2 cheat meals a week. I am on my last 10 pounds and am really struggling.

Anyone know why I can't seem to lose anymore weight? Any help is greatly appreciated. You can also have a look at my diary to see what I've been eating.
