Hello, my name is Cayo and I am a serial "starter". I've started a food journal, eating breakfast, dieting, walking, weight lifting, and on and on, lots of times.

This time I want things to be different. I won't to be a "finisher". My goal is to lose 30 lbs and to do that, I want to start and continue a simple program that allows me to reach this goal. I think the myfitnesspal food journal will be a good start that I can continue. Wish me luck.
