I found a recipe for low calorie cupcakes made with 1 box mix, 1 cup of water, and 1 cup of greek yogurt and I was wondering if I have to refrigerate them? If not should I refrigerate them after adding the greek yogurt frosting?
Also is this a bad idea for a family of lactose intolerant people?

I would say no, you don't have to refridgerate other baked goods that have milk in them, and i'm guessing the greek yogurt is taking the place of milk, eggs and butter/oil.
As far as lactos intollerant, how does your family do with products that have Milk baked into them?0 -
Thanks (=
That's a good question. They don't usually have any problems with any type of baked good. My oldest sister can't eat yogurt without getting a stomach ache though. I just won't tell them and hope they don't get sick. *insert malicious laugh* lol No, i'll tell them to eat at their own risk (=0
