SO, my diet has been going EXCELLENT!!! I have not had a beer in a couple of weeks, but the warm weather has me really wanting a patio drink!!! Soooooooooo, should I have a couple or curb that craving?!?! Will it kill my diet??? My plan says to LIMIT or AVOID alcohol and I have completely avoided it for two weeks! So, help me out here! Tell me what to do!

I feel exactly the same as you!! With the warm weather, we invited friends over for a drink. I made sure I worked out in the morning and had 1 lite beer that night. After having that 1 beer, I kind of felt bloated and icky the next day. I would just limit the amount of drinking to 1 or 2. An amount that would fit into your daily calories or just make yourself a non-alcoholic blended drink like a smoothie with lots of fruit (Yum!).0

p.s. I have always been a big patio drinker too....0

You could try Miller 64 (64 calories).0

have a beer! And not a gross light beer, or a Coors or Bud or Miller.
Have a real honest delicious cold beer.0 -

That is usually how it plays out in my head....0 -

I have a beer or two when the mood strikes, especially with the nice weather...it won't kill your beer since you get what it does0

thinkl aBOUT YOUR LIVER AND DIET
I like to kickstart my liver.
Just like kickstarting my metabolism by eating breakfast.
And then cleansing it all with a weekly voluntary enema... Or something.0 -
Now is the time to learn about good beer vs bad beer. One beer is not going to kill you, so if you can only have 1 beer that day, what would it be. I'll buy Stella Artois. or some good Saint Arnold's beer.0

Guinness provides some great vitamins & minerals, fwiw.0

I do Happy Hour every Friday with my friends and family. I'm sure i could lose faster without it but it's our fun time together. Frankly I can't imagine a life without beer in it. I just make sure my weekly calories balance out and try not to focus so much on day to day.
Bottom line......DRINK THE BEER!!!0 -
The answer is always beer.0

A bad beer is better than no beer at all.
If you are going to drink a real beer, go for a good micro.0 -

thinkl aBOUT YOUR LIVER AND DIET
1) You shouldn't be on a diet. Diets don't work.
2) Your liver has a job to do. Process alcohol. NO FREE RIDES! GET TO WORK!! EARN YOUR KEEP!!!0
