How do I log this?

I'm a student, so at lunch time instead of eating a burger or pizza I decided to buy a fruit smoothie with string cheese. I can easily log the string cheese, but I have no idea about the smoothie. I know it had blueberries because you can visibly see the skin of multiple berries in it. It was about it a medium size cup, maybe 16-20oz. I didn't drink some of it, but I did most of it. It didn't occur to me until after I drank it that I had no idea how many calories, or how many anything was in it.

Since you aren't sure of all the ingredients, just do a quick add for calories. I would round it to 300 calories just to be safe.0

Was this something you got at a campus purveyor? You can probably find nutrition information from whoever runs your dining services on campus-- Sodexo? Aramark?0
