Fitness Profile Settings? What is going on...dude.

HOLY CRAP...I updated my fitness profile to sedentary and to lose 1/2 lb/week (I have less than 10 lbs to lose)...and the calories just went through the roof. I have noticed I've been feeling extremely hungry during the day-especially the past few days (mostly due to shark week), but...can this be right? That's SO MUCH FOOD

Is this right? I mean...I am on my feet part of the day-but a lot of my day is spent typing up assessments at my desk...I do walk around a bit at home (taking care of the dogs)...and I work out daily (either at the gym or taking my two dogs for a walk)...

It's such a huge difference from my calories before. Which should I be going with?
