need friends for menu ideas! :)

Hi, I'm pretty new here...almost 2 weeks in. I lost 3 pounds my first week and hoping to be down a bit more this week although I haven't stuck exactly to the program 100% this week...but pretty close most days. I find though I need to be 100% one hundred percent of the time in order to loose weight which is frustrating at times but I know I can do it. Also getting back into exercise the past week or so...mostly to earn extra calories! Well whatever, it's the truth! lol. I am not creative at all in the kitchen and am looking for friends to add so I can get some new low cal/healthy meal ideas...as well as motivation! I have lost 30 pounds or so 2x in the past and unfortunately gained in back with about 1 year both times. Looking forward to taking it off and keeping it off for good this time! Thanks!
