New & need some motivation & friends =)

Hello

I am abit of a yo yo dieter and need abit of motivation and help! Was determined to lose weight and started in january. I lost a stone but as usual I relaxed the diet and have been gaining and losing the same couple of pounds for over 2 months! Hope tracking food will help me to lose weight again! Still have about 20 pounds to lose. I'm glad I haven't regained the weight but I'm abit disappointed not to have lost more by now so i thought I'd try my fitness pal. Any advice for someone new would be appreciated.

    I have had the same issue!!! We can motivate each other! Time to get on the right track :) We got this!!!!!!

    Going to try! Have promised my self to start exercising again next week. It's hard to fit it in the with work and being a mum but no more excuses! Lol
