How to beat the hangover or tired takeaway!

Hello
One of my downfalls is at the weekend. If I have a couple of glasses of wine the night before or am tired it's so tempting to order Chinese etc. At the weekend I usually have loads to do and when I get home its much easier as well, and the family sometimes ask for takeaway too. Are there any alternatives that anyone have found? I do usually try to cook homemade meals but if I can't is there something you can get and not ruin your diet!

I like Chinese chicken with stir fried vegetables or Beef with Broccoli. If you can make your own brown rice, that's a bonus. Grilled chicken sandwiches are good, as are salads. You can even have pizza if you use portion control.
Avoid deep fried food, white bread/rice and things with a lot of sauce.0
