Anyone else lost a lot of weight and then completely stalled?

I have lost 43 lbs. since Sept. 2012, of which I am thrilled, but since March, I have lost & gained, and lost & gained, and lost & gained (OK, you get the picture) the same 2 lbs.....and I am so frustrated! :grumble:

How about you?

Yes. I have been there. I ended up trying a structured program and then I was able to lose the rest. That was what I needed .

ME! i've lost 49 lbs and for the past two months i've been lucky if i've lost two lbs. I do openly acknowledge that part of it is me not being nearly as diligent as I should be.

The first 55 flew off then I stalled four months. Due to not calculating my TDEE accurately and stopping cardio. I have since changed some things up and included lifting and now scale is moving and inches are coming off. It's the inches that makes me happiest.

I lost the first 30 pretty easily but then stalled for 7 months because my calories were too high. In the summer, I am more active and I walk a lot of places, so I factored that into my TDEE and forgot to change it the next fall when I was busy with classes and unable to go places as often.

I have lost 43 pounds since September 12th, and I seem to be perpetually stuck at 170.... you sound exactly like me.

But I maintained from Thanksgiving to April 22, I just recently restarted my cut..

I think it has to do with, once you lose a certain amount of weight, once you get back into a "normal" bodyfat range, it becomes increasingly hard to lose bodyfat. Not sure though

May I ask what the program was?
