Thread for "healthy" ice cream and pizza recipes?

Since I'm on a keto diet, this looks pretty good: http://cavemanketo.com/2012/06/01/keto-mint-chocolate-chip-ice-cream/
I just don't have the equipment he has. I've made some interesting dessert with chilled mascarpone cheese, cocoa powder, a bit of splenda and some rum mixed in with maybe some whipped cream on top. Almost like mousse.

I have made low-carb pizza before like this: http://www.ibreatheimhungry.com/2012/01/zero-carb-flax-meal-pizza-crust.html
And also http://freerange-human.com/recipes/ketogenic-pizza/

Anyone else, no matter what diet you're on whether SAD, South Beach, The Zone, WW, or whatever... What is your "healthy" ice cream or pizza recipe?

Awesome, I just figured what with all the people going on and on about pizza and ice cream not being unhealthy that they'd wanna link their "healthy" versions of these foods.

My "healthy ice cream": frozen banana (cut into pieces), cocoa powder, vanilla and a little PB blended in a food processor until it becomes the consistency of frozen yogurt.

Pizza: Cauliflower crust pizza! I was skeptical, but it actually has really good flavor. I made a GF pizza last night and the flavor wasn't as good as this cauliflower crust ;)

My healthy pizza is Papa John's The Works. Veggies, meat, and dairy all together. Get a medium, and each slice is 230 calories of pure delight, containing 9g of protein and 10% each of daily calcium and iron. Two slices would fit into just about anybody's day, even the 1200-cal folks. On a long run day, I get to add a couple of bread sticks and a glass or two of wine. Or a third slice. And I don't have to cook it.

This is the pizza that I had a week ago tonight, followed by a Pop-Tart right before bed. In the morning, I had a slice cold for breakfast, then another Pop-Tart. Then I went out and ran a half-marathon...and cut over 13 minutes off my previous best time. :drinker:
