I'm new. I've noticed this site allows you to eat back calories that you have burned. Is there anyway of shutting the auto adjust off and just sticking to the recommended calories? I would like my burned cals. to be extra lbs burned and not be tempted to eat them back.

It's not really about temptation to eat more. It's all about giving your body proper fuel to generate metabolism. Please read this post and decide for yourself how you might approach exercise calorie intake.

You could just enter your exercse calories at the end of the day, just becareful that your body does need energy after workouts -- so try not to burn 700 calories a day and not eat any of them back......at least eat some of them.0
