So my main problem is beer. I have gained about 30 pnds in the past year and I know it is the beer. I just lov my d*mn beer! and hate it as well. I am new to this site and love it! I feel i have been doing great this week w/ watching what I eat, have made big changes and have exercised everyday. But at the end of the day i kill alot of beer. I realize I will not get to my goal w/ alcohol in my life. I have been in this rut for so long and really want to quit.
So...i would love to hear some good stories on those who quit alcohol and how much weight quiting helped you lose. I am plannin on stoping after this weekend and fell strong about it this time...hopefully. any tips and weight loss success stories?
