Okay, so I have noticed that when I exercise at the gym the number of calories burned on the screen is a huge difference from the ones that this app calculates for you. Which one is more accurate?? How do I ensure I am burning enough calories to be successful?? Any suggestions would help. Thanks All...
IE: The treadmill at the gym could say 300 calories burned and when I put in my time on MFP, it says 600 calories burned??? *puzzled look*

I would go with whatever one has your most accurate information. Height, weight, age, etc all come into play when calculating calories burned. When I do a quick run on a treadmill it's going to be different than what my app says because I'm not inputting any info in the treadmill. I've used the Runkeeper app to track my runs, which has my body/age info in it and it's pretty spot-on with the MFP app when I enter the info, as they both have my info. When in doubt, go with the lesser of the calories burned.

Thanks, I really didn't think of it like that..
