i missspelled my user name its supposed to be jeffcraft,
anyways im not too out of shape. i have been exercising for about 2 weeks now i was at the point where i had no energy and was weak. every activitie sucked and i was sick all the time. my cardio was terrible. but the thing is i weigh around 175 with very little muscle mass and alot of fat around my gut. obesitey runs on moms side of the family along with diabeetes and the likes. i dont know my exact weight. i may weigh less than what i put. anyways im really confused on what im reading on here. it says my goal is 1440 calories a day but because i have light activity levels using a bmr calculation it says im burning 2250 calories every day without exercising. im wondering if i burn that much a day and im on a 1440 calorie diet if ill just lose weight regardless my goal weight is 140 but once i get that down im going to go hard in to weightlifting and then it wont matter if my weight comes back up because its muscle. im figuring that changing my diet and running every day ill lose some of the fat. im really confused by net calories today i have a net of 803. is this bad? is it good? will i lose the weight and fat with this number? i was originally just doing crunches cause i was told that that will get rid of my gut. but after some research im seeing that it wont. i could really use some support. my friends are not very supportive although they are bigger than i am. i have burned 302 calories today. anyways, i am just looking to make friends,answer my questions and get support

(ps i ended the day with 1233 net. is this good will i lose weight at this or do i need to have a lower net score to lose weight?)
