Hi all,

I am a 42 yr-old male that lives in Fishers, Indiana. I have been on here for about a week now, and think I am off to a great start. Love the site and the app! I really think this will help me make the lifestyle changes that I am trying to make, and hopefully, make them be permanent.

Anyway, just wanted to introduce myself and say hello. Please add me if you would like, because I could use some friends to help me out! Looking forward to getting to know you all.
