    If you save the calories (or not) then a few drinks every once and a while won't hurt you....unless your liver really needs "saving from damage".....

    I am on my second glass of Riesling. My fiancé fell asleep on the couch while watching basketball and my 2.5 year old is sleeping soundly in his bed. I am alone in the bedroom watching old Friends re-runs and browsing on the internet. I rarely have alone time outside of the gym. This. Is. Amazing.

    in small quantities, alcohol isn't bad and it can actually be beneficial for your health!


    -NOT TRYING TO BE MEAN I JUST WANT TO KNOW!-

    I've looked around and could never find anything saying it was beneficial except for red wine. What are the benefits of other alcohols? Just curious!
