Hey everyone, my name is albert. I'm from north Alabama. Seeing all the encouragement going around I thought I'd get in on it. Been using the app for about a month and a half now. My starting weight was 438 and I'm down to 405 finally starting to notice some small changes at last. I look forward to chatting with everyone in the future.
