Not eating enough

So, I am one of those really strange people who have no appetite what so ever. I can go all day without eating, or just eat one meal per day. While I started working out, I know that is probably bad for me, but I am just never hungry. So, i really don't know what to do. I stay within my calorie range, dont go too far under, but I maybe eat one meal a day. Is this going to help me or hurt me?

I'm the same way, I just stopped feeling hungry. Exercising can lower your appetite. But this week I started to feel sick and run down, from not eating enough and exercising too much. I started to get insomnia and nausea. When you don't eat enough calories you go into starvation mode, according to a google search I did. I would try to stay in your calorie range. I'm not an expert, but eating only one meal a day doesn't sound to good.0
