Just joined and in great need of helpful tips on diet and exercise I am 54 lady and work full-time , so need to find a suitable exercise regime , and a balanced diet , got a Big family wedding in August so trying to set that as my goal to loose 2 stones, thanks for reading and good luck to you all .

Just set your MFP limits and keep at or slightly below them and the weight will go. As long as calories in is less than calories out it's inevitable. I'm currently 3 lbs short of 3 stones in just over three months so I think you've set a realistic goal. Bear in mind though to make this stick, you have to change your eating habits, what they refer to as a 'lifestyle change' and it's good to increase the amount of any exercise you do, even if it is just walking.
