Does this burn enough?

Hello, Today I managed to do all the exercise listed below but will it burn enough I will also be taking the dog on a long walk later, I want to burn around 200 - 300 calories so will this do the trick?
120 crunches (made up of different ones)
30 lunges
90 squats
80 leg raises
50 sit ups
150 mountain climbers
1 min plank
1 min wall sit
100 jumping jacks
40 calf raises
And a stretch

I would burn 200 doing just 150 mountain climbers and 100 jumping jacks - it depends on your weight and level of activity0

I got a heart rate/cals counter watch thing for m birthday the other day, I find it very healpful when I do weights at the gym etc. might be something you might like to get, it is very helpful, means I can track me cals

I would guess that you did. Really depends on your weight, intensity, and how many minutes you took to do the exercises. There are online calculators you can plug this info into , that will give you an approximate cal burn .....
