Yup, that's right. Two things you can do:
1. don't eat fruit
2. change your goals manually in MFP
Sugar is sugar whether it's in fruit or fruit loops.0 -
the guideline for sugar is actually 45g for men , 30g for women

- this relates to ADDED sugars (not sugars found naturally in fruits and veggies). Anyway it's best to ignore the sugar count and watch the overall carb count and try and keep carbs below 100g per day.0 -
