Workout after drinking alcohol previous night?

Hi, I am not sure if this post belongs under this section. Anyways, my question is about workout post drinking. I have a party to attend this evening. I am sure I will end up drinking 4-5 drinks which would include vodka, rum, tequila etc. So can I workout tomorrow morning?

Why not? I had a couple glasses of wine last night, I've already done 20 minutes of yoga and a five miles run.0

Sure you can. Just drink lots of water even in between drinks so you don't feel too dehydrated0

party hard and workout harder...lol as much as you can handle without wanting to throw up0

Yep, just make sure to have plenty of water before you hit the hay and again first thing when you wake up so you are hydrated for your workout.0
