30 day shred Level 1 how much calories have I burnt?

Hi there!
Today I did my first 20 minute session of Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred and Level 1.
I was wondering if anyone knows how much calories I have burnt and how to log it as exercise?
I am 5 ft 4 and currently weigh 173.6 lb (12 stone 4).
I would be very grateful for any help as I am rubbish with maths and I can't seem to figure it out.

hi i tend to put it under circuit training. how did you find it ? im currently on day7 level 1.0

I put it in under "Create an exercise" and used the equation that I found on livestrong.com and also elsewhere in MFP forums... to multiply your weight by 1.11
Of course a more accurate way to know your calories burned is to buy a heartrate monitor, but the weight x 1.11 seems to be the best estimation otherwise.0 -
I use a HRM - burn around 180 - 190 a session.0

My HRM has me at between 200 - 240 calories (4 days into level 1) i'm 5'4, 180lbs and am using 3kg weights0
