Getting it off without artificial sweeteners

:drinker: :drinker: :drinker: I need to find a way to get the weight off without artificial sweeteners. These are the ones my doctor has okayed for me -- Nectresse (natural, from monkfruit), fructose, coconut sugar, agave -- all of course in moderation. I have 80 pounds to lose and I need to see results. I already walk almost every day and I am determined to get healthier. All recipes involving "my" sweeteners, especially YUMMY ones, would be very welcome!

Can you try cutting out the sweeteners/sugars? I typically avoid sugar/sweet things (maybe a couple times a month). When you don't have them in your diet you eventually are used to not having sweet things in your food and voila
You wont crave it

I really have tried to cut them out completely. But without something in my coffee or tea I can't drink them, and I really like a cup of coffee in the morning and tea or iced tea later on. So I am trying to find a way to deal with that. Nectresse has helped a lot. It is all natural, no calories, made from monkfruit. And it doesn't leave those gross artificial aftertastes. I also like a sprinkle of something on berries. Mostly I just drink water because unsweetened iced tea just does not do it for me.0
