Kind of an odd request ...

I should preface my question by informing you that I'm not pregnant.
Here's the deal -- I have an ungodly craving for horseradish right now. I have said horseradish, but lack some of the usual things I would eat it on -- roast beef sandwiches, steak, fried fish, etc. (some of you might be making an 'eww, gross' face right now, but I can't get enough of the stuff). I live 30 minutes away from civilization and can't waste the gas to run to the store to pick up some roast beef or something (I'm in the mountains), and short of spreading it on a slice of bread or eating it with a spoon right out of the jar (I know,, but I'm shamefully close to being that desperate), I'm stumped.
Anyone have any creative recipes/ideas for horseradish that won't mask the flavor, and don't require beef?

Slice up a potato and oven bake some french fries. Use the horseradish as a dip (like you would with ketchup or mayo).0

We mixed some in with some mashed potatoes....I didn't like it much, but then again I discovered I didn't like horseradish like I thought I would.0

This DOES sound good -- I actually salivated a little when I read this. :blushing:
K, off to slice up a tater!
EDIT: Shoot.. the only potato I had has sprouted... :grumble: Oh well, back to the drawing board -- suppose I'll rifle through my cupboards a little to see if I can find something suitable.
Woop! Found a steak at the back of the freezer -- crisis averted!0
