Cheat days.... yes or no and why?

It depends on your situation.. how many calories are you eating now? For me, I can't because I eat 20% less than TDEE daily. A cheat day can eliminate my whole deficit.0

Think about that logically.. you eat 1200 to 1600 and burn off 700 (even though that seems a bit high).. Essentially you eat 500-900 calories.0 -
i have a cheat meal not a day, say if we go for a family day out i will have what i want to eat. ive heard from some people its good to have a cheat meal. my calorie goal is 1530 a day but i eat back half my exercise calories. ive lost over 4stone since 2011.x0
