Anyone from Singapore?

To be clear, I am NOT from Singapore, but I have a good friend who is and who is looking for suggestions for healthy food alternatives. Many of the name brand items from the U.S. are not readily available over there, so I said I'd ask if there were good high-protein low cal bars similar to Kellogg's protein bars or good brands of weight control oatmeal, etc. that you would recommend to her.
