i dont understand : i stay under 1200 kcal a day i excercise frequently and i gain weight
but never lose much.
how many hours should i excercise and how many kcal ???? should i have a day. according to this program
i should be losing. please help!!!!!!!!e

You don't eat enough and you prbly exercise too much for your calorie intake.0
