Running Tips, Please!

I started seriously with my weight loss regime on the 1st of April. I have lost 20lb since then. I have now started incorporating a 3.60 mile (50 minutes) jog into my regime. 3 days on, 1 day rest. I notice that my weight is now stagnant, but my frame is becoming slim. I have about 12lb to go. After 50mins, I don't feel out of breath. Would love some advice on how to get to the point of feeling out of breath!!! I use the RunKeeper App for running.
