good foods to bump up my calorie intake

at the min im not exercising but when I do so my daily calories is going be 1999 per day
im finding at the moment that im struggling to get my 1754 in and am having to eat for the sake of it in the evening to get calories in

sooooo was wondering what are some health high calorie foods I can check out to bump up my calories
also can I use protein shakes to bump up my calories?

    Yes

    Also:

    Peanut Butter (2 TBSP is around 200 calories)
    Nuts
    I occasionally treat myself to a few squares of dark chocolate
    Greek Yogurt (The kind I get is 140 - 160 calories and has 14g of protein)

    i'm amazed u struggle to get 2000 in, i know i'm a big guy but i find 5000 easy.

    try to eat smaller amounts more often and drink plenty of water it will speed up ur metabolism and u should be hungrier more often.

    Thanks guys been trying nuts but find them a bit sickly after a while :-/ going to try slipping in a few eggs for snacks i think I'm not an avocado fan either :-/
