Feeling good!!!

I got home from work & just felt blah. My back hurt, I was tired, and in a grumpy mood. I had decided before I got home that I would take a break from exercising tonight and just veg out. I was well within my calorie goal for the day so I figured I could. But then once I got my daughter to sleep, and sat down on the couch, something came over me. I got up and did another day of the Shred. I'm so happy I did it and didn't take the out I had given myself!

    Great job! That's the wonderful thing about exercising -- except in the case of a rare event (like actually injuring yourself), once the workout is done you never think "I really wish I hadn't done THAT!"

    You're totally right! I'm always more energized after a workout.
