Have something to eat (banana is filling) and log it in tomorrows calories. If this keeps happening think about upping your calories, it will mean a less pounds lost each week, but what the body wants it should get.0

When you post your calories burned does it affect the total. I haven't seen my adjust and have only been a member a little over a week. Am I missing something or doing it wrong. I need those burned calories to offset any intake. Help.
Yeah it gives you more calories to eat. Go to your diary and log it in the 'cardiovascular' area.0 -
If I meet my calorie intake, I don't eat any more that day unless I do a workout to burn all the added calories off. A good way to fight hunger is chew gum *it has 5-15 calories a piece* or drink a bottle of water or low cal drink.0
