and I need help Please. Husband wants to take me out for a nice dinner. I was thinking Outback. Now not so sure. The meal I Want is a whopping 1304 calories or so and that's just the meal. I want the bread and salad too. Should I just say to heck with it...calories not dinner...or figure something else out?
Plus he is after me to tell him what I would like for my birthday. I have no idea.

Just enjoy your birthday and have what you want. One day isn't going to ruin everything. You'd have to eat 3500 calories over your TDEE to gain one pound. Even that would be only a temporary setback.
As for presents, go for diamonds! :-D0 -
You've lost 155lbs and you can't go out ONE night and have a splurge?
I think you should just go out and have whatever you want. It's one night, and it's not going to cause you any permanent weight gain.0 -
It's okay not to worry about calories every once in awhile, and your birthday definitely deserves that day! I say go with what you want and don't worry about it, and just have fun and enjoy it!0

And keep in mind that if you DO happen to show a gain, then your going to lose that gain pretty quickly. (obviously if its a one day thing and not a on and on thing)I gained 2.5 lbs in november for vacation for 5 days, and I lost it within 2 days of being back on my schedule. Mind you, that was 5 days of over-eating, and 1 of them being SUPER over-eating. I don't think you have anything to worry about hun

I guess I have gotten so...what would be the proper word here...besided paranoid that is, LOL about over doing that I get a little nuts at times.
It's been over 5 years since we went there. Maybe I'm just trying to find a way out of going because I'm scared the food has gone downhill and hate to waste good money on a bad meal.
Love the diamond Idea. I was kinda thinking a full body massage (professional) and a facial.0 -
go enjoy your birthday and have a good workout the next day!0
